One loop, start to finish
Each step has a place in the app, so nothing is owed to a spreadsheet or a chat thread.
- Training. An instructor opens a training on a date: pool, dry or open water, with a start and end time and a location. It appears on the week calendar the moment it exists.
- Booking. Students book themselves into a training from the calendar. An instructor can also assign a student directly, and take them off again — useful when a place is offered rather than claimed.
- Plan. Each student on a training gets their own plan: Notes, Dry, Warm up, Main and Cool down, with a plan type. Copies are independent, so one student’s edit never touches another’s. Plans export to PDF for the poolside.
- Feedback. After the training the student writes feedback on their own plan — what actually happened, how it felt, where it stopped working.
- Comment. The instructor comments on that feedback, and the pair stays on the plan it belongs to. Everything lands in the training history, so the next plan is written with the last one in view.
You don’t need an instructor to start
Sign yourself up with no invite and no club, and log your own trainings with the same plan builder an instructor would use. Your history fills in, newest first, and it is readable months later.
What a plan holds
Five parts and a plan type. Instructors keep a private library of reusable lines and drop them into the part they are writing, so the same set is never retyped.
- Week calendar. Every training for the week in one grid, with its environment and who is on it.
- Bookings. Students book their own place. Instructors assign and unassign when they need to.
- Task library. An instructor’s private set of reusable plan lines, dropped into the part being written.
- PDF export. Trainings and plans print to PDF, so the set can go on paper where phones do not belong.
- History. Past trainings, plans, feedback and comments stay together and stay readable.
- Role-aware dashboard. Counts and lists that reflect what you are: what you owe, or what is waiting for you.
